ETV Sterstatus S5 & S6 Producer

As the producer for season 5 6 of SerStatus, I had the unique opportunity to oversee the creation of 13 episodes and direct for 2 seasons, allowing me to delve into the intricacies of producing a TV series. I played a part in the remarkable personal growth journey of the women involved in our show. We expertly blended educational workshops with exciting challenges, culminating in a grand finale where a deserving winner was crowned. “Sterstatus,” which focuses on the inspiring journeys of women from across the nation as they compete for the prestigious opportunity to host the upcoming season, aired on ETV.

The Chair SABC 1

“The Chair” is a reality show which provides employment opportunities to unemployed South Africans.

This first-of-its-kind television show, produced by Mountain Top Productions and hosted by Mpho Monareng and Madelein Hendricks, sees four candidates compete for one job.

While participating in the show as a HR Specialist and judge, I provide hopeful candidates with some of the tools they need to secure employment.

“Job seekers genuinely do not know where to apply for work, how to structure their CVs for the best results, and even what it takes to nail an interview,” said Hendricks.

Many South Africans have to deal with the dreadful reality of unemployment. This show hopes to make a difference and have an impact.

As somebody who has spent her career understanding the challenges that people face when searching for work, Hendricks has been described as a connector and a communicator.
