My experience in recruitment and HR has created a platform for me whereby becoming a voice for the job seeker has become my life purpose.
With the ever changing world the rules is continuously changing and we have to keep up to keep ahead. Through my talks and presentations I shed light on various topics from inspiring the youth through resume workshops and business talks to entrepreneurs and training on the power of lead generation through LinkedIn and headhunting.

The biggest anxiety the youth and their parents face today is employment after education. The job seeking world seems to be one big mystery with so many platforms sharing confusing information the process of generating a resume can be very overwhelming but Madelein Hendricks, recruitment specialist and host of the TV show The Chair changes the way the youth looks at resumes, personal branding and the job market through a powerful workshop hosted at schools and universities across the country.

What to expect?
Through the schools out what's next workshop, learners from Grade 11 and 12 learn the valuable life skills of the job market and what is ahead for them. Understanding the role recruiters play and job applying etiquette, compiling a resume through this interactive workshop learners will walk away with a resume template and all the tools they require to complete a resume ready for the job market. This course outlines the importance of personal branding, career roadmap and coping with their mental health through the job seeking process. Knowledge is power and this workshop will elevate the learners through real education on the HR topic.
Each learner that participates in this program will receive a workbook to refer back to with all the information shared on the day. 6 Hours is required to complete the workshop and is hosted at your school hall or university.
